Success at European Seafood Exposition, Brussels 04-05-08

Three companies working with SEAFOODplus obtained honours in the Prix d'Elite competiton at the European Seafood Exposition 22-24 April 2008 in Brussels. SEAFOODplus had success in exhibiting together with Eurofish.

Fish diets promote health benefits: results of European randomized intervention trial 27-04-08

Eating 150 g of fish, such as salmon or cod three times a week, or taking fish liver oil daily, can improve health variables, like body weight, blood lipids, inflammation and oxidative status. Seafood does not seem to decrease bone loss, which is generally found in weight loss processes.
