October 21. 2003On Tuesday 21 October the SEAFOODplus negotiation team headed by the coordinator Torger Børresen had a very good meeting with negotiators from the EU Commission, DG Research, in Brussels.
The good news is that the proposal for a revised work programme (Technical Annex I) of SEAFOODplus has been adopted. It was further agreed that the project contract would be signed at the latest before the end of year 2003.

To finalise Contract Preparation Forms for all partners. To describe links between SEAFOODplus and other granted Integrated Research Programmes from first call.

Planning of a 'kickoff' meeting in January 2004 was discussed and some initial thoughts of this could be arranged was provided. The major aim should be to bring together all project partner groups and researchers (> 100).
