A project organisational structure has been designed for a proper management of all parts of the SEAFOODplus project taking into consideration the complexity and the integration of activities as needed at all levels. A graphical illustration has been made as shown in the diagram in section 7 ‘Organisation SEAFOODplus’. It is constructed in such a way that all decision-making mechanisms are matched to the project complexity, thereby obtaining full transparency and a good overview. In short, all coordination of technical activities as well as legal, contractual and administrative activities at consortium level is performed by the Council, whereas management of technical details of RTD activities is done on RTD pillar and project level respectively within the RTD team, and management of details regarding IPR, industry training, dissemination, etc. is done within the ITD team.
